美国签证被拒签了怎么办

一、回美证的用途

Reentry Permit

A Reentry Permit allows a lawful permanent resident or conditional permanent resident to apply for admission to the United States upon returning from abroad during the permit’s validity without the need to obtain a returning resident visa from a U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate.

大鹤翻译为：回美证允许合法的永久居民或有条件居民，在回美证有效期内从境外返回美国时，无需从美国大使馆或者领事馆获得返回签证，而可直接入境。

二、申请回美证的步骤

1、确认申请人为合法的美国永久居民或有条件居民

2、当递交回美证申请时，申请人需在美国境内

3、递交了回美证申请后，USCIS会通知申请人前往就近的ASC（Application Support Center)录入生物信息（指模）

4、录完指膜后，申请人可离开美国。如应申请人要求，回美证可以寄送至美国使领馆，供申请人领取。

三、回美证的有效期

Validity of Reentry Permit

(1) Generally, a Reentry Permit issued to a lawful permanent resident is valid for2 years from the date of

issuance.See 8CFR section 223.3(a)(1).However, if you have been outside the United States for more than

4 of the last 5 years since becoming a lawful permanent resident, the permit will be limited to l year,except

that a permit with a validity of 2 years may be issued to the following:

(a) A lawful permanent resident whose travel is on the order of the U.S. Government, other than an exclusion,

deportation, removal, or rescission order;

(b) A lawful permanent resident employed by a public international organization of which the United States

is a member by treaty or statute; or

(c) A lawful permanent resident who is a professional athlete and regularly competes in the United States and

worldwide.

(2)A Reentry Permit issued to a conditional permanent resident is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance, or

to the date the conditional permanent resident must apply for removal of the cn

whichever date comes first.

一般来说

（1）向合法永久居民签发的回美证自签发之日起有效期为2年。但是，如果您在成为合法永久居民后的过去5年中有超过4年的时间在美国境外，回美证将限制为1年（特殊情况不做详细描述）

(2) 向有条件永久居民签发的回美证自签发之日起有效期为2年，或至有条件永久居民必须申请解除其身份条件的日期，以先到日期为准。

四、回美证的审理时间

回美证的申请，由Nebraska Service Center处理，目前80%的案件需要花费15个月左右的时间。

所以根据这个审理时间，再回看第三条：回美证的有效期。对于临时绿卡阶段的客户，美国签证找大鹤不太建议办理回美证了：获得两年期绿卡，1年零9个月（21个月）递交I-829，用于解除条件，那么在临时绿卡阶段，回美证的有效期有可能只有6个月（21-15）甚至更短的时间（扣除准备回美证材料的时间）。

五、申请回美证需要准备什么资料？

1、填写I-131表格

2、附上I-551表格的正反面复印件或如果还未收到I-551表格，需提交护照生物信息页+首次入境美国签证页 或者 其他能证明申请人为美国居民文件 或者

3、I-797表格的复印件，批准更换I-551表格的申请

4、接受ASC的生物识别：拍摄照片和按指模
